Raytheon Training Specialist / Operations Evaluation Application Tester in Hampton, Virginia
Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) is seeking a Training Specialist / Operations Evaluation Application Tester to join a training team in support of the Air Operations Center Weapons System (AOC WS) Long Term Modification and Sustainment Program (LTM&S). The candidate will support a fast-paced Agile Scrum team and will be involved with creating interactive multimedia instruction for various applications used by AOC operators. The successful candidate will be part of an Agile/Dev Ops training team and will provide testing support to the AOC WS LTM&S Operations Evaluation team for baseline changes into the AOC WS when not creating training courseware. The position is located in Hampton, Virginia, at the USAF customer site. Required Qualifications & Skills: • US Citizen • SECRET Clearance • DoD 8570 certification – Security+ or must obtain a Security+ certification within 60 days of hire. • Experience as an operator in an Air Operations Center • Ability to work on a team under pressure to meet strict schedule requirements with significant visibility to senior corporate leadership and government customers, alike. • Demonstrated on-the-job experience working in an Agile environment and supporting methodologies such as continuous integration process and rapid or iterative development. • This position may involve travel up to 30% Additional Preferred Qualifications & Skills: • Experience and knowledge related to the Air Operations Center Weapons Systems baseline applications • User experience with GCCS-J, TBMCS’ TAP and EMR, CAOC Central applications, MAAPTK, and Agile Client • Experience with customer interaction and end-user engagement • Experienced with lesson plan creation and training. Education/Experience: Associates degree with a minimum of six (6) years of experience; or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. 108813
